1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any payment services on health365solutions.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Payment & Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- UPI (BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
- Net Banking (all major scheduled commercial banks)
- Digital Wallets (as supported by the active payment gateway)
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS (for subscription & enterprise billing)
3. Banking & Payment Validations
All payment submissions are subject to the following mandatory validations before processing:

Transactions that fail validation will be declined without any debit to your account. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily lock your session as a fraud-prevention measure.
4. Transaction Limits & Currency
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Per-transaction limits are governed by your bank / card issuer and applicable RBI guidelines.
- UPI transactions: up to ₹1,00,000 per transaction (RBI UPI limit).
- Net Banking & Cards: as per your bank's daily limit.
5. Payment Gateway Security
- All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL / TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Card data is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway partners; we do not store raw card numbers.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA / OTP) is mandatory for all card payments (3D Secure).
- We reserve the right to cancel any transaction identified as fraudulent, without prior notice.
6. Payment Failures & Disputes
If an amount is debited from your account but the transaction is not confirmed on our system, please wait up to 5 business days for auto-reversal. If the amount is not credited within this period, write to helpdesk@health365solutions.com with your transaction reference number.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of payment services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
